Ship First Fridays

First Friday of the month – April thru October 2026 – 4:30pm to 8pm. Ship First Fridays is a collaboration of local nonprofit groups aimed at getting people out and about in the community and having fun. 

Join the Cumberland Valley Rails-to-Trails Council at Ship Station for food trucks, a beer garden and live music. Proceeds from First Fridays at Ship Station benefit the Cumberland Valley Railroad Museum.

You will find a locally made and hand crafted goods at the Shippensburg Art Market starting in May.

Don’t forget, in Shippensburg borough Ship First Fridays have a relaxed open container ordinance so you can take your beverage from one event to another!*

Food Trucks will be serving from 4:30pm to 8pm

The Ship First Friday Beer Garden will be open from 4:30pm – 8pm. We will have a monthly selection of craft brew beer with Castlerigg Wine Shop providing wine and and Screaming Bambino Cellars providing cider.

The musical artists will be playing live at Ship Station from 5pm to 8pm

The Shippensburg Art Market will be part of Ship First Fridays again in 2026 starting in May. You will find a wonderful array of locally made and hand crafted goods 4pm – 8pm.
